Shipping & delivery

We fulfil every order from our studio in Gurugram, Haryana. Orders across India typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the proof is approved; international orders take longer depending on destination customs. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Proofs & approval

Every order needs a digital proof approved before we print. Proofs are sent within 24 hours of ordering, and nothing goes to print until you approve it, so please check your email (and spam folder).

Song & playlist changes

The NFC tag and QR code on your DISKIT point to the song or playlist link you gave us at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we can't update that link, so please double-check your link before approving your proof.

How the NFC tap works

Tap your DISKIT against the back of a modern smartphone to open your song or playlist instantly. If a phone doesn't support NFC tapping, use the QR code printed on the back of the disc as a fallback.

Returns & exchanges

Because every DISKIT is custom printed with your chosen art and song, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@diskit.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Bulk & gifting orders

Ordering 3 or more of the same design gets you 10% off, and 5 or more gets you 20% off. Looking to order more than 10 of the same design (weddings, corporate gifting, events)? Reach out to contact@diskit.shop for a bulk quote.
